COLLABORATIVE ACTOR RELEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made by all actors ("Participants") involved in the production of the motion picture or video project (the "Project"). By signing below, each Participant agrees to the following:

1. Each Participant grants all other Participants full, perpetual, and unrestricted rights to use, distribute, sell, reproduce, display, perform, and monetize the final recording of the Project, on any platform, now or in the future. No Participant owes compensation or royalties to any other Participant.
2. All Participants equally own the full rights to the final recording. There is no production company or sole owner.
3. This agreement is legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains effective. This document is the entire understanding between Participants regarding rights to the Project.

Each Participant hereby irrevocably grants to every other Participant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, perform, and otherwise exploit the final recording of the Project, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to all existing and future platforms and formats.

There shall be no restrictions on the use, distribution, or monetization of the Project by any Participant. Each Participant may monetize, sell, license, or otherwise distribute the Project as they see fit, without limitation or obligation to any other Participant.

There is no production company or sole owner of the Project. All Participants collectively and equally own the full rights to the final recording.

No Participant shall owe any compensation, royalties, or payments to any other Participant for the use, distribution, or monetization of the Project.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding among the Participants with respect to the rights in and to the Project and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
